About H. M. Snow

About the author:

Who am I? An author specializing in speculative fiction, more toward the fantasy than the science fiction end of the SF spectrum. My longest-running project is the Last Book of the Kings series. Begun as a lark during the early nineties, the first volume of this adventure/fantasy series was originally self-published in 2004 as A King in Exile. It has since been rereleased in second, expanded edition under the title The Keeper House Unending. KHU was then followed by The King’s Brother, and then three other volumes so far.

I have of late delved into the world of podcasting with The Way of Escape, a weekly contemplation on various passages in the Bible. Because, if there is anything that anyone ought to know about me, it is this: that my life is wrapped up inextricably in my faith, and I want others to know why I chose Jesus out of all the options open to me.

What else can I say? Other facets of my decidedly off-the-beaten-path personality include a love of the culinary arts, a penchant for sarcasm, and a vocabulary that’s too big for its britches (to use a fine, old-fashioned phrase). Above all, I’m very inquisitive. Never ask me a question unless you genuinely want an answer. I have gotten lost down many a rabbit-hole, thanks to a seemingly innocent Google search.

  1. Hi, Miss Snow,
I enjoyed your The Keeper House Unending books, and I’m looking forward to the next! Your blog impressed me–thanks for your honesty. And keep your chin up! In the end, you’ll wonder why you ever doubted the good things were worth the effort. In Him, it’s worth every drop of blood, sweat, and tears. Hope your move went well, and He gives you time to write. I know how it can get!
    Thanks,
    Azalea
